We usually work with a business in three steps. First we find where AI can help, then we set it up, and then we support your team month to month.

We review how your business runs: your workflows, your systems and how your team spends its time. Then we help you rank where AI can make a difference, work out what each idea would cost and save, and put together a step-by-step plan.

We set up, connect and test AI tools inside your systems, then train your team.

We provide month-to-month support for the teams that need it, helping onboard new starters, support new workflows and implement new tools.

Practical, hands-on workshops that get your team confident using AI. The sessions are tailored to suit your business, and can focus on AI literacy, workflows or processes.
We can work through real examples, so your team leave knowing how to use AI in their role.
Custom workflows
We build automated workflows that connect your apps and take routine tasks off your team. We use tools like n8n and Zapier, and add AI where it helps.
That could be a workflow that replies to new enquiries, follows up leads, or keeps your records up to date.
Questions you might have
Do we need to be technical?
You don't. We go through the interface and systems with you and your team. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced user, we start from where you are.
Is our information safe?
You keep your own accounts. Some work means we need to see your files for a short time. When it does, we agree with you first what we'll look at, and our access ends when the work is done. We'll also walk you through the privacy settings, so you decide what the AI can see.
What will it cost?
It depends on the size of your team and what you need. We'll give you a clear price before any work starts. AI subscriptions are separate, and we'll help you pick the right plan.
Will it replace our staff?
No. We help your team use AI for the routine parts of their work, so they have more time for the parts that need their judgement and experience. Your people stay in charge of the work.
Do you come to us?
Yes. We come to your office if you're in or around London, and we work with teams everywhere else over video call.
