Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information Soleie collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We've kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
Soleie is an AI consultancy based in London. We are the controller of the personal information described here. If you have any questions about this notice or about your information, email hello@soleie.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your business name, if you give it
- whatever you choose to tell us in your message
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and we don't track you across other sites.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a call if you'd like one. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any contract.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of trusted providers, who handle information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them. If an enquiry doesn't lead to work together, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep our correspondence for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it
- send your information to you or to someone else in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email hello@soleie.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
